Install the extension
It installs in Chrome and opens in a panel beside the Portal. You don't need an account to start.
Log in to the Portal das Finanças
You sign in yourself, in your own browser, like you always do. We never see or store your password.
Scan your account
The panel moves through a few Portal pages, read only. Nothing is submitted. To open the report you sign in with your email.
What the free scan shows
Each bill: the amount, the tax, whether it is still within its deadline, and which stage it is at. Also the declarations and payment plans the Portal already shows.

Pricing
Knowing is free. The pass is for doing: choosing between a bill's options and getting the request filled in on the Portal.
Scanning your account, and the answer to the question.
- Scan your account, as often as you like No limit, no charge.
- Bills, declarations and plans Amount, tax, where each return stands, and the plans you already have.
- Within or past the deadline And which stage each bill is at.
Everything else, for 90 days. Nothing is consumed per use.
- The full report Each bill's options and what each one means, the deadlines and the payment references.
- Pay in full We open the Portal's payment page for that bill.
- Pay in parts You choose an amount and we fill in the request.
- Payment plan We simulate up to 12 months, or up to 36 if the debt is 5 000 € or less, with the interest in plain sight, fill in the request, and check it against the Portal's own totals. The Registar Pedido click is yours.
- Installment reminders An email 5 days before each installment, with only the number and the date.
Buy it when there is something to do. It is not a subscription, it never renews itself, and buying again extends the pass you already have instead of starting a second one.
You stay in control
- The tool never submits anything. The final click is always yours, on the official Portal page, with every number visible.
- It runs in your browser, as an extension. Your Portal session, your password and your scan stay on your machine. Only a count and a date reach your tudo certo. account, never amounts, NIFs or references.

Fair questions
Why is the scan free?
Because it is the question most people ask, and the answer should be easy to get. Scanning your account (bills, declarations and plans) is free forever. The pass is for the work: each bill's options, the deadlines, the references, and the requests filled in on the Portal.
Will you tell me when something changes?
No. tudo certo. has no access to your Portal account outside your own browser, so it watches nothing and sends no alerts. Scan your account again whenever you like, at no cost: that is what the free scan is for.
What happens when the pass expires?
You lose nothing. The scan still shows what you owe, the deadline and the stage of each bill; the detailed layer closes again. Buy another pass when you need one, and if you buy while a pass is still live the 90 days are added to what is left.
Is this official?
No. tudo certo. is an independent tool with no connection to the Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira. The process is the Portal das Finanças' own, the same one anyone can use; we just fill in the form for you to review. You authenticate, you verify, you submit.
Do you see my password?
No. You log in to the Portal in your own window and tudo certo. only reads the pages you are already on. Be wary of any site or extension that asks you to type your Portal password into it. tudo certo. never will.
Do I need a bank guarantee?
Not if you keep the plan to 12 installments or fewer, whatever the amount. Debts of 5 000 € or less can go up to 36 installments with no guarantee. The tool flags exactly where your debt falls.
What does a plan actually cost me?
The state charges late-payment interest on each installment, at the official rate for the year. The tool shows your exact numbers, read from the Portal's own simulation, before you decide anything.
Do you give tax advice?
No. We show you the official options, deadlines and costs, with sources. You choose what to request. If your situation is complex, talk to a contabilista certificado. For many people it's much simpler than that.
